I think I'm done for the night. This blog will probably change it's look as soon as I can figure out what the heck I'm doing. But for now, I have to walk away....

Tea Cups

Admittedly finding inspiration for a scrapbook page based on Alice in Wonderland is pretty easy, but isn't this page fun?

Tikki Room

Outside the Tikki room there is a stand that sells the best pineapple shakes. I have attempted many times to make them, unsuccessfully, however, I found a web site with a recipe on it from Pinterest: http://prudencepennywise.blogspot.com/2011/03/dole-pineapple-whips-from-magic-kingdom.html

Breakfast with the STARS!

We met some of the stars of Disney at breakfast and some around the park.

Buzz & Woody

This trip to Disneyland, my youngest was a little over two. Now a few short years later I have a grandson that is two. His whole world revolves are Woody and Buzz. In fact I had to purchase the Toy Story cartridge from Cricut.

Safari Ride

Great ride on that hot summer afternoon when you just want to sit down for a while. The ride is made so much greater by the tour guides, they actually have such great personalities. I wonder what the interview process to obtain that job is like!

Peter Pan via Tom Sawyer

Well, I guess posting pics on this blog will be my challenge! I can't get this photo turned around the right direction! Regardless, in all the times I've been to Disneyland, Tom Sawyer's boat here is rarely up and running. This was one of the rare times and we had so much fun getting on to the island.

Snow White

My daughter turned 5 the first time we went to Disneyland. She used to call this princess Snowin' White. How cute is that?

Disneyland Parades

Hang around Disneyland long enough and you're bound to run into a parade! This is how they kick off and end everyday at the park. And the colors are spectacular! There's a parade for every new movie, TV show and even some oldies.

Disneyland is my favorite place on earth and I can't help it, I feel like a child when I'm there. Which isn't such a bad thing.

It's A Small World

I got this idea from a much smaller version of a sticker I found at the craft store. I used the Paper Dolls cartridge from Cricut to make it. So much detail and time went into this page!

Pirates of the Caribbean, Tom Sawyer's Island

This is Pirates of the Caribbean and Tom Sawyer's Island. I used red bling for embellishments on this page which made it jump a little!

The first day!

Well, today is the first day of my new blogging! I hope to be able to post some fun creations and all of the projects that I have in the work. I wanted to start this because in my search for my own ideas I was so inspired by the many great creators that are out there! It is truely a wonderful outlet for me and gives me such a feeling of accomplishment every time I finish a project, big or small! My hope is to add to the inspiration that I've discovered myself.

My first postings are going to be from my Disney scrapbook. I had such a hard time when I started this project finding ideas that matched my style. I certainly don't expect everyone to have the same style, but I really struggled. So I hope the following posts help someone else finish a project that for me seemed unending!
