Easter Bunny Milk Carton

Okay, I'm a little early on Easter.  I didn't even look at the calender until a week ago to see when it was.  So I made these about a month ago thinking it would be much sooner than April 20th.  Oh well.  Now all I have to do is fill them with snacks and they will go into the Easter Baskets!

This is the milk carton from Close To My Heart Artiste cricut cartridge.  The bunny I just kind of pieced together using the basic shapes in the CCR (cricut craft room).  As opposed to the Cricut Design Studio.  Which is  whole different tangent I'm going to go into.  I bought the new Cricut Explore because I heard it would cut svg's and true type fonts and be so wonderful.....NOT!  I returned it and I'm still angry.  The Design Studio can't even do the basics like shadow feature the Silhouette Cameo and SCAL can do.  Very disappointing!

Well, back to happy Easter thoughts!

Halloween Milk Carton Party Favors

I've been working on these little guys today.  I made 18 in total because I am hosting BUNCO this month.  Super excited to show off these little party favors!  I made them using Tags, bags, boxes and more 2 cartridge.  I used the mouth on the pumpkin from the Paper Doll cart, the triangle and circles are from George Basics.  The rest I just made up or cut up.  I originally saw these on a stampin up website that I wish I could find to give proper credit to!  Despite how they look, it didn't take me much time to piece them together!

Fantabulous Cricut Challenge 104

Here's this week's entry in the Monday Challenge for Fantabulous Cricut. I love these milk cartons from Tags, Bags, Boxes and More 2. I used Gypsy Wanderings for the bunny and the grass is from my most used cartridge, Plantin Schoolbook. I am having so much fun making stuff for Easter, but seriously it is piling up. I'm going to have to start giving it to the neighbors!
The great thing about this project was that I got a chance to drag out my gypsy, which I am still leery about and I learned to use the center cut feature on my cricut! Who knew?

Easter Mini Milk Carton

I'm still working on trying to get the lighting right when I take my pictures. I'm having so much fun with the milk cartons and as you can tell, Easter is on the brain! I also love, love, love the fence cut from Paper Doll Dress up.
