Little Lamb

Ok, my daughter-in-law is going to a baby shower this week and she wanted a creative gift.  We are going to make some vinyl for some onsies (I haven't figured that part out yet), but I wanted to make a card and gift bag for the gift.  I decided to decorate a tin I got at the dollar store instead of the standard gift bag.  It turned out so cute:

I don't like that the white looks pink in these photos.  Someday I'll perfect picture-taking.  This will have to do for now!

I used the cricut craft room basic shapes and the cuttlebug for texture.  What do you think?

Gift Bag and Box for Baby Girl!

I posted the gift bag in a previous post, but here is the gift box as well! For the gift box I used the Tags, Bags, Boxes and More 2 cartridge! And the owl was from the Create a Critter Cart.

Cooking with Cricut #81 Card Outreach

This weeks challenge at Cooking with Cricut is a showcase of cards for two wonderful young ladies, Patty and Emily who are battling cancer. Pink and girly was on the board for me and so I chose to use a princess theme.

I used Gypsy Wanderings for the frame and WISH and Paper Doll Dress-up for the castle. Hope they like it! I made two for each girl.

Fantabulous Cricut #106

This card is for the Fantabulous Cricut contest this week and my sister's birthday is right around the corner, so voila! The contest is to use ribbon and/or buttons. I hope you can tell that the center of the flower on the tea cup is a button!
I used the tea cup from Tags, Bags, Boxes and More 2 and the flower from Create a Critter (with the zebra). A strange combination of cartridges I know, but I just picked the first cartridge I came to with a flower on it and it was perfect. Enjoy your week everyone!

Baby Shower

A very dear friend of mine is having her baby shower tomorrow night. Baby boy that has already blessed their lives. I can't wait to meet him. I made this card for the event. I used pleated satin ribbon from Stampin Up in Baja Breeze and the carriage is cut from the Designer's Calender Cricut cartridge. The card is a 5 X5 so the squareness made it much easier to center the other squares on the card.
